Dormitory fees 2009

Regulation no 37/2009

of the Rector of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin made on the 20th of May, regarding the fees for the Dormitory of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin, as well as  fees for storing the items during the period from the 1st of July until the 30th of September 2009.

Acting on the base of § 8 Act 5, § 18 Act 3, §19Act 1,10 and §32 Act 7, of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin Dormitory Rules and Regulations, I decree the following:

A monthly fee in the Dormitory of the Pomerania Medical University for medicine and PhD students, their spouses,  interns,  and students of other Universities of Szczecin, for renting a place for a longer period than 1 month is as follows:

1)   1-bedroom                            –    500,00 PLN
2)   2-bedroom and 3-bedroom   –    400,00 PLN

A monthly fee for a 1-bedroom is  –  600,00 PLN

A monthly fee for staying in a room of a higher standard in the Dormitory of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin, for students of  PMU and their spouses is as follows:

1)1-bedroom – 650,00 PLN
2)2-bedroom – 1.000,00 PLN

In case the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin has any room of a higher standard vacant, it is allowed  to adapt a 2-bedroom into a 1-bedroom. In such case a monthly fee is:  900,00 PLN

1. A 24-hours-stay fee  is  30,00 PLN per spot,  with a clause to Act 2 .
2.  A 24-hours-stay fee for students of the Pomerania Medical University in Szczecin who are doing their internships, is 20,00 PLN per spot. The fee is valid only throughout the period of their internship.

1.In order to settle the payment for the rent mentioned in § 5, it is set that the 24 hours start at 12.00 and finishes at 12.00 next day.

The storage fee for the students who do not rent room in PMU Dormitory anymore is 2 PLN per 24/hrs.

1. The regulation goes live on the 1st of July and is valid until the 30th of September 2009..
2. On the day when the Regulation mentioned above goes live, the previous ones lose their validity:
   -  Regulation No 73/2008 of the Rector of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin from the 18th of September 2008, regarding establishing the fees for renting a room in PMU Dormitory, as well as storage fees, in the academic year 2008/2009 r.
  -   Regulation No 74/2008 of the Rector of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin from the 18th of September 2008,  regarding establishing the fees per 24/hrs for renting a room in PMU Dormitory, in the academic year 2008/2009.
