Current research projects

• induction of ovulation and monitoring of the menstrual cycle
• study of indirect parameters of ovarian follicle growth in patients with increased pituitary prolactin reserve
• hypothyreosis and hyperprolactinemia in women with functional infertility
• the role of mineralocorticoids in the menstrual cycle. Evaluation of the structure and function of the fallopian tubes
• the use of functional tests in the diagnosis of tubular occlusion
• hysteroscopy directed at uterine openings of the tubes in mechanical infertility
• microsurgical reconstruction in mechanical infertility
• tubular occlusions and pregnancy following microsurgical reconstruction in mechanical infertility, taking into account the anatomy of adnexa and scope of operation
• the thermal test and medication during hysterosalpingography in relation to blood flow in uterine arteries
• humoral resistance as influenced by dexamethasone, promethazine and dextran 70 used for preventing intraperitoneal adhesions during surgery in women with infertility
• regeneration of fimbriae after reconstructive surgery, depending on the duration of occlusion in the distal segment of the tube
• comparison of results of laparascopic or laparotomic removal of I endometrial cysts in women with infertility
• regeneration of the abdominal opening of the uterine tube in rabbits subjected to micro-surgical de-occlusion, depending on the duration of occlusion and the concentration of estradiol and progesterone
• comparative evaluation of blood flow in uterine and ovarian arteries during treatment of endometriosis using Orgametril, Danazol, Zoladex in infertile women
  therapy of postmenopausal disorders
• concentration of estrogen and progesterone receptors in the endometrium of women during menopause, subjected to hormonal replacement therapy
• clinical and endocrinological evaluation of intravaginal ethinylestradiol administration during menopause
