• anatomic variability of arteries and veins
• microangiography of normal organs and tissues
• angiography of organs with underlying pathology (atherosclerosis, tumors)
• development of organs and tissues

Current research projects

• development and vascularization of lumbar segment of spine in human fetuses: anatomy, diagnostic radiology, densitometry
• pneumatization of the mastoid process and some anthropometric indices
• structure of the trabecular bones using computer analysis of X-ray images
• arterial system of human ovary: anatomy, diagnostic radiology and microangiography
• development of the humerus in human fetuses: anthropometry, diagnostic radiology and microangiography
• development and ossification of the pelvis in human fetuses: anatomy and diagnostic radiology
• comparative studies of paranasal sinuses in humans from the Middle Ages and the 20th century
• arterial microvascularization of the thyroid gland
• microangiographic studies of sex organs in female fetuses
• assessment of mineralization and ossification centers in the metatarsus and metacarpus of fetuses and neonates
