1. When does the recruitment process begin, and when can I apply?
Recruitment process for the academic year 2026/2027 starts from the 25.05.2026. You can submit your application till 20.07.2026.

We take into consideration two from the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics.

3. Could you explain the Admission process and provide deadline for 2026 intake?
Recruitment process at PUM consist of two steps:
STEP 1 – registration period (25.05.2026 – 20.07.2026)
STEP 2 – admission (July – August) – decision processing
STEP 1 – registration (25.05.2026 – 20.07.2026)
- Create an online account through the University web page apply.pum.edu.pl
- Fill in your personal data
- Pay an application fee (85.00 EUR – non-refundable)
- Upload scans of the documents
- Submit application
- Wait for the evaluation
STEP 2 – admission period (July – August) according to the yearly published Calendar decision processing includes three options :
1. Offering the place at the respectful major – Conditional offer
- APPLICANT receives Conditional Acceptance Letter from PUM
- Applicant has 7 days to confirm the offered place and upload confirmation of payment for pre-courses (600.00EUR)
- Upon confirmation of the place and payment Applicant receives :
- 3 codes for obligatory on-line pre-courses (one for physics; one for biology; one for chemistry)
- individual schedule for delivering the required documents to the Dean's Office
- Applicant receives Certification of Enrollment and becomes a STUDENT from the 1st of October
Ranking list will be published: 24.07.2026 / 31.07.2026 / 07.08.2026
2. Offering Wait List – if you were not conditionally accepted and not failed either
If you ranking place is close to the limit of offered seats for a given Program , you might have a chance to be accepted. Please check your inbox on daily basis within these time frames 24.07.2026 – 19.09.2026
3. Rejection – several reasons may result in a negative decision towards the applicant: usually it means that overall score achieved was insufficient to grant admission in current intake.
Decision will be sent 14.09.2026 – 30.09.2026
Deadline for 2026/2027 intake – 20.07.2026

4.What are the criteria to apply for Medical / Dentistry program?
The recruitment process is based on a competition of High School Diploma/ Secondary School Certificate. We take into consideration the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics. At least two of them have to appear on your certificate, and one of the subjects must be taught on an advanced level. The maximum score for participation in the recruitment is 100% of requirements - which is the sum of points from two selected subjects.

5. What documents are required to apply to this program ?
Before you apply please prepare the following documents :
- Original native secondary school leaving certificate
- Sworn translation (if secondary school leaving certificate is issued in languages other than English or Polish)
- Original official transcript of grades (if applicable)
- Grading scale (if not included on the secondary school leaving certificate)
- Original eligibility declaration (if applicable)
- English language proficiency certificate
- Passport or EU National ID Card
- Proof of payment of 85 EUR for registration fee
- Passport photo

6. Can I apply with my predicted grades?
Yes if you are applying within the same year the predicted grades were issued.
According to Pomeranian Medical University rules applicants from UK and Ireland require a formal statement from school showing predicted grades in the exams you are going to take. Formal means stamped and signed.

7. What does High School Diploma “final grade” means ?
Final grade on High School Diploma means : exam grades. If no exam grade is presented, year's end grade or last semester grade (depending on which one is show on the certificate).
8. Can I apply to more than one program?
Yes, you can apply to English Program medicine and dentistry in one session. You, may not , however, apply to the medicine English Program and Asklepios Program at the same time:
- You must submit all of your complete applications before the respective deadlines
- You must cover a registration fee of 85.00 EUR for each application
- Please make sure that you marked the right application as a priority
Please note that in case your priority application receives the Conditional Enrolment status, the secondary application will be automatically rejected (as you can't study two programs simultaneously)
